About Branded Bills Branded Bills is a leader in premium custom headwear, delivering high-quality, innovative products to businesses, golf clubs, and retailers across the country. Our brand is built on craftsmanship, creativity, and strong client relationships, and we are looking for a driven Account Executive to join our team at our headquarters in Mesa, AZ. Role Overview As a Branded Bills Account Executive (AE), you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities while also nurturing existing leads. This is an inside sales-focused, in-office role that requires proactive outreach via phone, email, and video meetings, as well as travel (2-3 times per month) for key account visits, industry events, and trade shows. Your goal is to expand Branded Bills' customer base and drive revenue growth by effectively selling our premium custom headwear solutions. Key Responsibilities * New Business Development: Proactively seek out and engage potential customers, including businesses, golf clubs, and retailers, to introduce them to Branded Bills' offerings. * Lead Management & Sales Execution: Work with existing leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into paying customers through a structured sales approach. * Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas by closing new business, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and maximizing customer lifetime value. * Inside Sales & Prospecting: Utilize a consultative sales approach to develop new accounts, leveraging data and insights to recommend product solutions tailored to client needs. * Data Analysis & Strategy: Monitor sales performance, lead conversion rates, and client engagement metrics to optimize sales strategies. * Collaboration & Execution: Work closely with internal teams (production, creative, and operations) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. * Travel & Client Engagement: Attend in-person meetings, trade shows, and industry events (approximately 2-3 trips per month) to strengthen relationships and drive sales. * Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-tier support, respond promptly to client inquiries, and resolve any issues to maintain high satisfaction levels. * CRM & Sales Process Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track progress, and ensure proactive follow-ups. Qualifications: * 1+ years of sales experience (preferably in inside sales, B2B, or wholesale). * Proven ability to close deals and generate new business. * Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and sell value over phone, email, and in-person meetings. * Experience using HubSpot (preferred) and NetSuite (a plus) to track sales activity and manage client accounts. * Willingness to travel (2-3 times per month) for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows. * Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies. * Custom headwear experience a plus - understanding of product customization and branding solutions is highly valued. * Golf industry knowledge preferred - familiarity with green grass accounts, pro shops, or golf retail is a plus! * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced sales environment.
