Responsibilities * Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Conduct warm calling to potential clients to introduce our products and services. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. * Develop and deliver compelling presentations that communicate the value of our technology solutions. * Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships. * Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on account status. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product offerings and enhance customer experience. * Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to strategically position our offerings. Requirements * Proven experience in account management or business development, preferably in technology sales. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and client requirements. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. * Proficiency in Hubspot and Apollo or similar CRM tools for managing sales processes. * Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals successfully. * Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong focus on achieving results. * This position requires heavy travel to conventions, expos, events, and client locations.
