We are looking for a Junior Account Executive to join our team who can drive results for our client through business-to-business sales! This role specializes in acquiring and maintaining our clients' new business accounts in the Orange County area. Responsibilities: * Build, develop, and maintain client relationships * Track and record metrics throughout the sales process * Oversee new business account acquisition and account management on behalf of our client * Drive sales cycle by effectively conducting 1-1 presentations to close * Meet and exceed sales quotas and goals * Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge * Territory management and organization Qualifications: * Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred * 0-3 years experience in customer-facing role * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Strong interpersonal and organizational skills * Leadership potential * Ability to work well with a team Elevate OC offers: * 401k * Uncapped commission structure * Weekly and monthly performance incentives * Team-based atmosphere * Performance-based advancement opportunities from within the company Our office is located in Santa Ana, CA.
