You will LOVE speaking with potential clients who ADORE their families! Position Overview As a Client Booking Specialist, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls with potential clients, working with warm leads and a structured script. This isn't just a call center; it's a space where your love for speaking with people and creating memorable interactions is valued. You'll work weekdays at our studio in Colorado Springs, CO. With specific targets for calls and bookings, your ability to engage positively with potential clients will drive your success in this role. Your role at Vita Brevis * Outbound and Inbound calls to potential clients from script (no cold calling, warm leads) * Must love talking to people! * Meet daily and weekly specific targets for calls and bookings * In person office position at our studio, this is not a remote position * Sale experience is a plus but we are looking for energetic people who love to have good conversations with happy potential clients! What makes you the right fit? * MUST have an upbeat, positive attitude * MUST have STELLAR communication skills * Experience in phone sales or appointment setting is preferred An exceptional call center representative would consistently demonstrate excellent communication skills, actively listen to customers, thoroughly understand products and services, resolve customer issues efficiently, prioritize empathy and patience, effectively manage their time, and consistently strive to provide a personalized and positive customer experience, often going above and beyond to meet customer needs.
