This role involves generating new business, consulting with homeowners, and closing sales for home improvement products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a deep understanding of home improvement solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and engage potential customers through prospecting, networking, and marketing efforts. * Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and recommend suitable home improvement solutions. * Present and demonstrate products and services, highlighting key benefits and value. * Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new home improvement technologies. * Work closely with the installation and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications & Skills: * Proven experience in home improvement sales, construction, or a related field. * Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills. * Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. * Ability to conduct in-home sales presentations confidently. * Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. * Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools. * Valid driver 's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in selling windows, roofing, flooring, kitchen remodels, or similar home improvement products. * Background in construction, home remodeling, or design.
