This position is located at our Chadds Ford office. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business or related field; or equivalent work experience * Property and Casualty insurance experience * Pennsylvania Property and Casualty insurance license * 3+ years of experience managing a large book of business or 3-5 years of business to business sales * Excellent communication and presentation skills * A proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to utilize data to inform client recommendations * An established network of key influencers, business leaders and community organizations * Solid business acumen We offer a competitive, results driven compensation package.
