Job Overview Required Solar Sales Experience. We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Solar Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating potential customers about the benefits of solar energy solutions and guiding them through the purchasing process. Your expertise in sales and customer service will be essential in building relationships with clients and helping them make informed decisions about their energy needs. Required Solar Sales Experience. Duties * Engage with potential customers through various channels, including door-to-door outreach and community events, to promote solar energy solutions. * Conduct thorough assessments of customer energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions that meet their requirements. * Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage leads, track customer interactions, and follow up on inquiries. * Deliver compelling presentations that highlight the advantages of solar energy, addressing any questions or concerns from clients. * Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate installation plans and customer satisfaction post-sale. * Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in solar technology to effectively communicate value propositions to customers. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for all clients. Experience * Required Proven experience in Solar Sales. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. * Familiarity with outside sales strategies, including door-to-door techniques. * Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. * Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems is advantageous but not required.
