Our company is growing and we're hiring a driven and personable Sales Representative with experience in residential and commercial home improvement sales. If you enjoy working independently, building strong client relationships, and being rewarded for your performance, this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities * Conduct accurate and timely in-home and commercial estimates * Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline * Assist with community outreach and brand visibility efforts * Foster local partnerships with garage door companies, roofing businesses, and other contractors to build referral networks * Generate leads occasionally (~15-20%). Majority of leads provided through Dunzo and in-house marketing * Track appointments, customer interactions, and progress using our internal systems What You Bring * 2 -5 years of sales experience, preferably in the home improvement or coatings/construction industry * Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail * A hunter's mentality: motivated, confident, and proactive without being pushy * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an empathetic edge * Experience with concrete or coatings a plus , but not required Compensation & Structure * Paid 30-day training period * After training, earn a 7% commission on all sales with no cap * Annual income range: $48,000 to $90,000+ .
