SUMMARY: The Sales Team Member position for PRAYUS Group Massage Envy locations is responsible for overseeing membership sales, enhancement sales and scheduling our clients. The Sales Team is to properly assist with client inquiries and assist clients with their wellness journeys. The Sales Team must have an overall general understanding of the industry knowledge and terminology and be able to accurately apply the company vision, processes, and procedures at both the location and corporate levels. This position will resolve customer grievances and assist people who have questions regarding the company's memberships, services, products, and other concerns with the approval of upper management. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Act as a liaison for new members and guests. * Investigate and identify solutions to concerns expressed by members and guests * Communicate with members and guests directly via email, traditional letters or telephone. * Anticipate, identify, and ensure customer needs are being met in the best possible manner.Immediately address customer complaints and feedback with management team. * Ensure consistent training for staff on customer service matters including proper procedures for checking customers in and out for treatment sessions. * Ensure daily outreach calls are completed and monitor the manner and content of call is in keeping with established procedures. * Ensure all member documentation is accurate and complete in paper files and automated records. * Maintain effective programs to consistently retain and grow active member base. * Promote and increase revenue growth in memberships, services and retail sales of all products, while meeting personal quotas. * Keep abreast of the new promotions and products introduced by the company and assist in developing methods for communicating new opportunities to members and guests. This includes completing daily calls such as: Follow Up Calls Frozen/ Suspension Calls Forecasting/ Scheduling Calls * Providing outstanding customer service by greeting clients upon arrival, scheduling services, answering phone calls, addressing questions and concerns, protecting client confidentiality, and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for everyone in our location. *Promoting the value of total body care & skincare *by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging home-care retail purchases based on service provider recommendations. * Driving member retention through outreach via phone and email to current members. * Upholding the Massage Envy core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency and empathy. * Protecting our workplace culture by recognizing and supporting team goals and building positive relationships with team members.
