Our adventure kicked off with a partnership with Disney, launching our first kiosk in Disney Springs.Since then, Just Fun Socks has been dedicated to spreading joy, sparking conversations, and encouraging self-expression through our vibrant and quirky designs - all thanks to our amazing teams and locations.. We are seeking individuals with a passion for sales and customer service to contribute to our team's success. Duties: - Provide exceptionally fun customer service to all clients - Assist customers in finding just the right pair for themselves or as gifts for others - Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Restock merchandise and ensure proper product placement - while keeping our backstock up to date to ensure the smoothest transition to the sales floor - Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems effectively - Demonstrate product knowledge to show that you have become a true "Sockspert" - Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy Experience: - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred - but we will happily train any candidate with an outgoing fun personality that loves socks - Familiarity with retail math and cash handling procedures is a plus - Bilingual proficiency is advantageous - however not required Imagine working in a retail location where our guests are always laughing out loud, literally.
