Malie Organics, a local spa brand for the home and body is looking for Sales Associates to join their team at the Ala Moana Shopping Center. Job Description * Provide the best possible shopping experience for all guests. * Meet and/or exceed sales targets. * Standard opening and closing procedures. * Maintaining store standards and participate in merchandising of new product. * Maintaining/Enhancing current customer relationships. * Must be able to work nights/weekends/holidays. All retail employees at Malie Ala Moana are responsible for: * Driving top line store sales results and growing the business through action and productivity * Creating customer awareness of programs and promotions available to them to build customer loyalty, when applicable * Preparing for each shift by maintaining awareness of all sales, promotions, and applicable POS procedures * Taking initiative to recover and replenish merchandise, so it is available to sell. * Assisting in housekeeping of sales floor and communicating maintenance issues * Keeping an awareness of, and building personal capability in, loss prevention * Supporting all activities related to providing a safe working environment. * Understanding and demonstrating Company values * Must be able to work in a fragrance filled environment. * Be able to work independently and with a team.
