Your inspections will be focused on roofing, windows, gutters, siding and doors. Your detailed reports will help homeowners understand the condition of their property and any recommended repairs or upgrades, facilitating informed decisions without sales pressure. A company truck will be provided for travel during work hours, and customers will be acquired through door-to-door canvassing. * Responsibilities: * Engage with homeowners by going door-to-door, using a company vehicle, creating leads, and setting+conducting inspection appointments for yourself, with the end goal being to flip said inspections into sales appointments with our in-home sales team. * Schedule and perform detailed home exterior inspections. * Examine roofing, windows, gutters, and doors for signs of damage, wear, or potential failure. * Educate homeowners on inspection findings, emphasizing the importance of high-quality materials and workmanship. * Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. * Stay current with industry standards, new technologies, and best practices in residential construction and remodeling. * Adhere to all safety protocols and ethical guidelines during inspections. * Qualifications: * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and concisely * The ability to learn, memorize and recite a sales script * The ability to handle rejection and still push forward * The ability to rebuttal objections * Customer Service * time-management skills * Ability to climb ladders frequently. * Must have an active driver's license. * High School Diploma or Vocational High School Diploma (required) * Why Choose Integrity?: * A pay structure with an hourly base, weekly commission opportunities, and weekly revenue bonuses * A company that prides itself on being a staple in the local community * Full insurance benefits package (vision insurance, health/medical insurance, dental) * Optional 401k management * Opportunities for professional growth and advancement. * Supportive team environment rooted in core values of integrity, family, and excellence. * Continuous training * Goal Assistance * Company vehicle provided during work hours * Managers who have direct experience in the roles in which they manage. * Utilization of State-of-the-art tools and technology * Schedule: * 11am-8pm M-F * No weekends * Pay Structure:* Hourly Paid Weekly + Weekly Commission + Weekly Bonus * Base Salary * $20 per hr paid weekly + weekly commission + weekly revenue bonuses! (Estimated total yearly compensation: $50,000 - $65,000) * Commission (Paid Weekly): * $45 for every inspection flipped to a demoed sales appointment (Demoed = Sales Rep gets a chance to pitch our services and products to the customer.
