We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Sr. Sales Manager - Americas to lead our team! Requirements: * Responsible for developing and leading the sales team to successfully deliver annual sales and gross profit targets * Develop and monitor accurate sales forecasts and budgets * Develop, implement and oversee annual sales plan to meet annual revenue targets * Directly manage key customer accounts, international accounts and custom accounts * Drive business development * Local to the Kent, WA facility * Education/Experience: * Bachelor's degree in related disciplines; MBA a plus * 10+ years of experience in sales at a senior level * OEM automotive manufacturer experience or direct links selling to this group (preferred) * Strong leadership * Strong written and verbal communication skills Region: North America Benefits: * Company sponsored benefits that include medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D insurance, disability and flexible spending account (FSA) * Voluntary Critical Illness & Accidental Injury Insurance * Company 401(k) Plan with 4% employer match (Employee/Employer Contributions 100% vested upon hire) * Salary range $120,000 - $160,000 plus bonus eligible * Paid vacation and holidays The estimated salary range allows for candidates with various levels of skills and experience to be considered, as well as provides room for growth achieved within the role over time.
