Summary/objective Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. This hybrid role has responsibilities across both inside and outside sales functions. It is ideal for someone who thrives in both office and field environments, building client relationships, closing deals, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Inside Sales Duties: * Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and online channels * Build and maintain relationships with existing clients * Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales contracts * Follow up on leads and conduct outbound sales calls * Support the outside sales team with scheduling, research, and lead generation Outside Sales Duties: * Visit clients and prospects in person to present products/services * Conduct site visits and product estimating * Identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory * Negotiate and close deals in the field * Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales or customer service * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team * Valid driver's license (for outside sales duties) Work Environment: * Split between office/remote work and field visits * May require occasional travel depending on sales territory * Must be available Monday-Sunday.
