Benefits for Sales Associate / Customer Service Representatives: * Paid Time Off including vacation and sick days * Free monthly blowout services * Bonus opportunities for membership sales * Flexible scheduling * Employee discounts on all retail products * Clear career path with opportunities to grow * Ongoing training and development What You'll Be Doing: * Greeting clients with a warm, energetic welcome * Checking guests in and out and managing appointments using our POS system * Serving complimentary beverages (yes, even mimosas!) * Promoting and selling memberships and retail products * Supporting stylists and assisting in overall shop flow and cleanliness * Delivering a next-level guest experience from start to finish What We 're Looking For: * 1+ years in a fast-paced, customer-focused role (retail, salon, hospitality, etc.) * Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems preferred * Prior salon/spa environment experience a plus, but not required * High school diploma or equivalent * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced , team-oriented environment * Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills * Passion for providing amazing customer service * Ability to stand and walk for 6 -8 hour shifts * Calm under pressure with a professional, positive attitude * Tech-savvy and confident using booking and sales systems * Must meet age requirements for alcohol service (where applicable) * Drybar complies with all local, state, and federal background check laws Ready to work somewhere that values style, service, and having fun while doing it?
