Searching for an outside sales professional to travel and manage a territory covering Mississippi, Louisiana, and Southwest Alabama. Compensation and benefits: * Base Salary plus Commission (potential for six-figure range of yearly income) * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Profit Sharing * 401K * Vehicle * Travel Allowance ACI Distributors is a leading importer and distributor of agricultural equipment providing equipment to dealerships throughout the Midwest and Gulf Coast. Products are short-line Ag equipment. We currently distribute products for manufacturers based in U.S. and Europe and have an active dealer base of approximately 1,000 companies. We are recognized for our commitment to providing quality products and service to our continually growing number of business partners. The successful candidate will be located within the territory and have hands- on experience in agricultural equipment and experience in outside territory sales involving multi-state, on the road, travel. A competitive drive to continue the growth of a successful territory is required. Maintain relationships with current dealerships and open doors to relationships with new dealerships. Must have consultative sales skills and a strong commitment to providing quality customer service. Management refers to all sales efforts within the territory - there is no management of staff. Requirements: * Hands-on experience in agriculture equipment * Experience and proven success in outside territory sales * Ability to meet the travel needs of a multi-state territory * Competitive drive with proven ability to promote products through creative, persistent, proactive effort * Strong skills in building relationships and ability to adapt to changing customer needs * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Commitment to customer service excellence * Proficient in utilizing computer technology * Degree in a related field Solid 40-year-old company with long-term employees and a team environment.
