Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will leverage your sales expertise to promote our technology solutions and drive revenue growth in a competitive market. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a strong understanding of B2B sales processes. Duties * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our technology offerings. * Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. * Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure seamless communication and support for client accounts. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our products. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Track sales activities, maintain accurate records in the CRM system, and report on progress towards sales goals. Skills * Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or related fields. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. * Experience in business development with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Familiarity with inside sales processes is a plus. * Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment. * Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable but not required. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn about new products and services.
