Responsibilities * Participate in PLACE New Agent Launch to internalize PLACE lead generation and prospecting scripts * Cultivate and convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments * Cultivate and convert outbound sales opportunities to appointments * Qualify leads to convey motivation and financial aspects to real estate sales agents * Manage database and productivity reports * Commit to skill development through education and script practice * Become a real estate local expert * Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call * Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology * Full-time in Qualifications * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Exceptional telephone skills * Sales experience tracking to a quota * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Ability to learn and internalize scripts * Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. * Team player * Real estate license About-our-team At Shanna Day Team - Arizona, we strive to provide the highest level of service to our clients.
