Great listening skills are key! * Explain and demonstrate motorcycle features and benefits through test rides * Guide customers through the sales process while overcoming any objections that prevent ownership opportunities. * Ensure every customer has a premium buying experience! * Meet or exceed achievable sales targets. * Customer follow up to invite in and encourage repeat and referral business! * Prospect for new customers and riders within the community! * Promote an atmosphere of teamwork and enthusiasm in our dealership's success! * Maintain an enthusiastic and positive attitude! * Qualifications - Sales Specialist: * Goal oriented, pleasant, and self-motivated to succeed with great sales, communication and customer service skills. * Positive, driven and helpful * Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays * Motorcycle endorsement is preferred.
