Full description of the position

Position: Sales Technician Pay : Clear Path To $200k Annually! Hours : Full-time Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (Can include weekends, up to the Sales Technician) Location: Kent, WA Benefits : * Commissions are available for any sold job. * Bonuses can be provided based on quarterly or annual performance. * Health, Dental, Medical Insurance * Paid Time Off * 401k * Company Truck, iPad, Cell * Other benefits available (gas card, meal card, etc.) Qualifications: * 2+ years of trade sales experience * Knowledge of HVAC, Insulation Installation, Rodent Proofing, or Electrical an asset * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Responsibilities: Equipment & Sales Tools Maintenance: * Bi-weekly check of all equipment (measurement tools, flashlights, iPhone, iPad, vehicles) to ensure they meet company standards. * Ensure possession of relevant brochures and print materials like business cards. Weekly Meetings: * Participate in weekly meetings to review performance metrics, discuss estimates, competitor strategies, new products, and set goals. * Engage in bi-weekly meetings with sales reps, team leads, and managers to discuss improvement ideas for better performance and customer experience. Board Lists Management: * Review and update board lists (estimates, follow-ups, pending contracts, etc.) at least once a week to ensure accurate customer status and progress on accounts. Business-to-Business Relationships: * Seek out new business opportunities and understand what potential partners need (priority scheduling, better pricing, dedicated contacts, special materials/equipment) to secure ongoing business. New Products and Services Awareness: * Stay informed about new products and services that can be added to operations. * Be aware of competitors' offerings and work to provide superior products, brands, and results. Ongoing Training: * Participate in bi-weekly training sessions, either from suppliers/manufacturers or internally prepared sessions using available resources. * Focus on enhancing professionalism to boost sales. Team Validation: * Ensure compliance with company processes and role requirements, such as making estimates at customers' homes, using standard templates, taking correct measurements, adding notes, following up with customers, pricing jobs correctly, and attending specific job types weekly.
