What You'll Do: * Sales Excellence: Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories in a fast-paced setting. * Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to retain and attract customers. * Event Participation: Engage in outside sales events and store promotions. * Teamwork: Collaborate with your team to create a positive, results-driven atmosphere. * Daily Operations: Perform opening and closing procedures, maintain store appearance, and manage cash accountability. * Goal Achievement: Host in-store events and consistently meet daily sales goals. * Effective Communication: Coordinate effectively with the Store Manager.
