With business booming the way it is, we are interested in adding a Service BCD Representative to our Service Team. Our Service BDC Representatives play a large role in part on our Service Team because they are the face and the voice. Your job would revolve heavily around customer service. The ideal candidate would have a bright personality and previous experience operating a phone system and computer. Service BDC Representative Job Responsibilities * Scheduling customers into our online system. * Assisting with customer rentals. * Delivering world-class customer service in a fast-paced work environment. * Proactive outbound service scheduling. * Answering the phones and email correspondence. Service BDC Representative Benefits and Compensation $16.00 per hour. Service BDC Representative Qualifications * Prior experience in a Reception, Call Center, or BDC Representative Role. * Professional appearance and behavior. * Computer and phone literacy. * Phone etiquette and communication skills. Corporate hiring requirements: 18 years or older with a clean driving record, valid driver's license, able to pass criminal background and drug screen.
