Life as a Sales Manager: As a Sales Manager with Superhost Hospitality at Quality Inn and Mainstay Suites, you will be a key player in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. Your responsibilities include: * Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. * Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships. * Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, meeting their needs, and ensuring satisfaction. * Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. * Collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience. Additional Requirements: * Previous experience in a sales management role within the hospitality industry is preferred. * Availability for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
