Sales Associate Local Appliance Retailer Job Description The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and selling appliances to customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong desire to meet and exceed sales goals. This is a 'commissioned-only' position. Income is determined by the volume of sales and the type of product sold and delivered. Responsibilities * Greet customers and determine their needs and wants * Provide product information and demonstrate product features * Assist customers in making purchasing decisions * Meet and exceed sales goals * Handle customer complaints and returns * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor * Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent * 5+ years sales experience preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Strong customer service skills * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
