Responsibilities * Analyze performance metrics and provide strategic coaching to your team. * Engage with customers, educate them on top-brand products , and create a positive experience. * Resolve customer inquiries & concerns while ensuring exceptional service. * Drive sales & brand awareness by ensuring your team meets and exceeds goals. * Act as a liaison between clients and the team , maintaining strong business relationships.
