Position Summary Responsible for providing excellent member service and maintaining strong professional relationships. Greets and establishes rapport with members and provides information on service programs, benefits, and membership eligibility requirements. Promptly resolves member questions and problems or properly refers members to the appropriate department for assistance. Assists with providing clerical support to the Sales Platform. Completes related records, reports, and documentation. Performs miscellaneous clerical duties as required. Qualifications/Experience * At least one year related experience in Sales and Service or the equivalent. * Knowledge of Credit Union products and sales policies and procedures. * Excellent communication and public relations skills. * Well organized. * Attentive to detail. * Willingness to assist others. * Strong typing abilities. * Able to use PC, calculator, and office equipment. Salary Range * Minimum - $30,080 * Maximum - $42,112
