Our most prominent collaboration--with AT&T Telecommunications--entrusts us with overseeing their business development efforts across the San Francisco Bay Area. We are responsible for crafting and implementing comprehensive strategies that accelerate revenue and customer engagement for their latest cutting-edge telecommunications, internet, and wireless products and services. We are currently seeking a driven and dynamic Account Associate to join our sales team. This role plays a critical part in achieving our organizational goals by providing top-tier customer service, building lasting relationships, and contributing to our ongoing success. Account Associate Key Responsibilities: * Engage with prospective and existing clients, articulating product features and aligning solutions with individualized needs through consultative dialogue. * Drive revenue generation by consistently achieving personal and team performance targets, leveraging persuasive communication and deep product acumen. * Oversee client account management, facilitating new enrollments, contract renewals, and service enhancements with efficiency and precision. * Serve as a professional brand ambassador, ensuring every interaction fosters trust, enhances client satisfaction, and reinforces the organization's reputation. * Monitor and report key performance indicators, analyzing trends to measure effectiveness and uncover strategic growth opportunities. * Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, contributing insights and feedback to support the continuous evolution of our sales initiatives and broader organizational objectives. Account Associate Required Qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED equivalent (post-secondary education is a plus). * At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or customer relationship management is preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and articulate ideas clearly and professionally. * Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. * Strong time management skills and a proactive work ethic. * Prior experience in a customer-facing or sales-driven environment is advantageous.
