Job Title: Territory Sales Manager Report To : Regional Sales Director Position Summary: As the Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the management and oversight of a given sales region. This will include Agency management, training, profitable region growth, and general day to day support of agencies. Essential Duties: * Customer Relationship Management: * Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with both internal and external customers * Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Maximize business retention by exceptional customer service * Lead the development of productive agency plans to maximize business opportunities and profitable revenue growth. * Collaborate with all team member stakeholders to drive holistic approach to agency support; internal claims, processing, livestock partners * Provide Agency training on processing system, products, and general Crop Insurance knowledge * Business Growth: * Proactively identify new business growth opportunities in assigned region * Conduct market research, and analyze industry trends. * Analyze current region business and drive organic growth * Meet or exceed assigned annual sales goal * Drive profitability within assigned region by strategically growing business * Market Expert * Become an expert in local region * Understand all products and services in the region agents need to be successful * Communicate competitive products and trends to internal team for analysis Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of Crop Insurance experience in any role; Agency, sales, Underwriting, Claims, etc. * Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain effective relationships. * Analytical mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and strategize accordingly. * Familiarity with industry trends and market dynamics. * Must live within assigned region We are an E-Verify employer - all hired positions require successfully passing an E-Verify Check.
