Appointment Setter Virtus Financial Group is seeking an experienced, motivated and professional part-time Appointment Setter to join our team. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver more personalized attention to our prospects and members. Details * Part-Time 10-20 hours per week * Telephone Calls & Scheduling: * Serve as the primary individual responsible for setting appointments for prospects and members. These calls include using a script to qualify potential members and arrange appointments * Responsible for scheduling & calendar management of appointments. * Database Management: * Maintain customer database which includes data entry, scanning files, saving confidential data from various resources and systems as needed. Key Qualifications: * Minimum high school diploma * Customer service experience preferred * 1-2 year appointment setting experience required * Must be a genuine people person who thrives on connecting with others * Ability to build rapport and establish trust with new people quickly * Excellent communication skills with an authentic, engaging phone presence * Resilience and positive attitude when handling objections * Demonstrate empathy and active listening skills when interacting with prospects * Results-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet and exceed appointment targets * Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and the ability to learn new systems * Ability to handle detailed work with a high degree of accuracy * Willingness to learn industry-specific terminology * Ability to work independently, but also as a collaborative team member Compensation: * Competitive base hourly rate plus performance-based commission.
