Inside Sales- Portrait Designer Are you a charismatic, passionate, experienced sales consultant looking for great income potential and work life balance? Are you a family-centric person? Vita Brevis Fine Art has specialized in creating heirloom quality portraiture for over 15 years. The studio is seeking target-driven booking specialists to join our energetic team at our Colorado Springs studio. We are a close-knit family oriented group that support one another while striving toward a common goal of serving clients by offering an amazing experience start to finish.People truly love coming to work in this family owned and operated studio and are excited to be a part of a high performing team. Good News is, we are rapidly expanding and are in immediate need of a full time direct sales consultants. Our FULL TIME w/ full benefits Portrait Designers work 3 days a week, 10 hour days for the most opportunity and best work-life balance. Ideal Candidates will have a background in luxury brand sales and have experience selling from a script flow. This is not a position that requires chasing clients or following up. The ability to truly listen to a client while building rapport quickly is what will define your success. What to expect as a sales consultant: * Base + Generous commission * 3 Day Work Week (Thu-Sat shift or Sun-Tues shift) * Appointments are set for you - no phone time or chasing leads * This is a closing sales position only * Present image, size and finish options to our clients * Appointments last 45 minutes to an hour (back to back clients) * Consultative selling environment - soft sales, no pressure * 100% close rate - no follow-ups * Weekly training meetings * Incentives, lots of excitement, team support The most successful Portrait Designers have the following: * High energy with a winning, positive attitude * Ability to sell from a script * Charisma to build rapport quickly * Motivated, Confident, Punctual, and Dependable * Professional appearance that represents a luxury brand * The ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment More Good Stuff: * QSEHRA Health Reimbursement * 401k matching * Paid time off * Base + commission + monthly incentives - up to 120k+ income expectation * World-class training (paid) This is a unique selling opportunity and a chance to join an established family-owned business that loves people and invests in their employees.
