Duties * Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce our products and services to potential customers. * Utilize effective sales techniques, including warm calling, to generate interest and secure appointments. * Build rapport with customers by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs. * Demonstrate a strong understanding of the market and technology sales to effectively communicate product benefits. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using designated software. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development and market penetration. * Follow up with leads generated from telemarketing efforts to convert them into satisfied customers. Experience * Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, particularly in telemarketing or technology sales. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. * Familiarity with market trends and the ability to adapt sales strategies accordingly. * Proficiency in using software tools for tracking sales activities and customer interactions. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during the sales process.
