Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement online sales strategies: This includes setting sales goals, creating marketing campaigns, and optimizing online sales channels. Assist in Social Media marketing platforms: This involves updating product information, website updates, and ensuring the online store functions smoothly. MANAGE E COMMERCE PLATFORMS: This involves updating product information managing inventory and ensuring the online Store function smoothly. Experience with Shopify is a plus. Packing Online Orders: This involves meticulously packaging orders to be shipped. Analyze sales data and identify trends: Using data analysis tools to understand customer behavior, identify areas for improvement, and optimize sales strategies. Lead and motivate online sales teams: This includes providing training, coaching, and performance feedback. Collaborate with other departments: Working with marketing, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices: Keeping informed about the latest developments in online sales and e-commerce. Preferred Skills: Strong analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Leadership and management skills Proficiency with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify is preferred Knowledge of online marketing techniques:Understanding of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies. Additional Considerations: Experience in online sales or digital marketing. Prior experience in a similar role is highly valued. Proficiency in data analysis tools, Experience with tools like Google Analytics is beneficial. Ability to work independently and as part of a team: The Online Sales Manager needs to be able to work both autonomously and collaboratively with others.
