Please click this link to apply: [please apply online] Key Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the multifamily industry through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. * Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions encompassing HVAC, plumbing, fire damage remediation, and mold remediation services. * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. * Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges. * Work closely with internal teams, including operations and technical staff, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools. Requirements: * Minimum of 2 years in outside sales, preferably within the HVAC, plumbing, or related industries. Experience in the multifamily sector is a plus. * Familiarity with HVAC systems and services, as well as an understanding of plumbing, fire damage remediation, and mold remediation solutions. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with clients. * Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve sales targets. * Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits and meetings.
