We achieve this through highly personalized advocacy, engagement, and incentive programs. * Role Overview As a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving business growth. Your primary focus will be on lead qualification, outreach, and pipeline development. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales and technology, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities * Lead Qualification: * Qualify inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other sources. * Conduct thorough research to understand potential clients' needs and challenges. * Identify and prioritize high-potential leads based on specific criteria. * Outreach and Engagement: * Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to target potential clients. * Initiate contact with prospects through email, phone, and social media. * Effectively communicate Ambassador's value proposition and generate interest. * Pipeline Development: * Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives. * Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects in the CRM system. * Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a smooth sales process. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. * 1-2 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role (preferred). * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with prospects. * Self-motivated and results-oriented with a positive attitude. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
