We are seeking a self-motivated and entrepreneurial Account Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be well versed in technology and office printers/copiers, posses an uncanny ability to engage prospects, and drive productive conversations and meetings that lead to increased sales. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for "owning the business" in the Pullman/Moscow area. relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, and driving sales growth. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to build a long term career in the local business, educations, and municipality communities. Responsibilities * Build strong bonds with key people and decision makers in business, education, and government entities. * Be a strategic thinker able to develop solutions to help customers solve challenges and increase efficiency through appropriate technology. * Increase the products and services with current customers. * Consistently add net new customers to our current foundation. * Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals w/remote support. * Maintain Salesforce for tracking leads, managing accounts, and reporting on sales activities. * Conduct regular meetings with customers and prospects to build awareness, trust, and loyalty by being a trusted resource. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. * Serve as a liaison between all KM departments- service, billing, support... to solidify and maintain a very high level of trust with customers Experience * Proven experience in sales, preferably within the technology sector. * Strong skills in account management and business development. * Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively. * Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools. * Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new strategies.
