What You 'll Do: * Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service with a smile. * Build meaningful connections and help customers select the perfect piece--from custom bridal rings to everyday sparkle. * Stay current on our extensive product selection and industry trends. * Maintain a beautifully merchandised and welcoming showroom. * Accurately process sales and support daily store operations. * Participate in ongoing training and industry education. What We 're Looking For: * Minimum of 2 years of customer-facing sales experience is required. * A natural communicator who thrives on helping people and making connections. * Positive, energetic, and eager to learn. * Ability to work 30-40 hours per week, including Saturdays. * A passion for jewelry, design, or fashion is a plus--but we'll train the right person!
