Overview We are seeking a motivated and friendly Cashier/Sales Associate to join our team in a dynamic retail environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in grocery or retail sales, with a strong focus on customer service and sales techniques. As a Cashier/Sales Associate, you will be the face of our store, responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers while efficiently handling transactions. Duties * Operate cash registers and Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently. * Process customer transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges. * Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries. * Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and enhance the shopping experience. * Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about new items and promotions. * Maintain clean and organized checkout areas to ensure a pleasant shopping environment. * Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, providing information as needed. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain high standards of service.
