Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate interest in our software products. * Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate records of customer information. * Engage in telemarketing efforts to introduce our services and negotiate terms with potential clients. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market penetration and achieving sales goals. * Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities. * Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products. Requirements * Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing, preferably within the technology sector. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to meet or exceed sales targets. * Previous experience in customer service is a plus, enhancing the ability to understand client needs and foster relationships.
