Full description of the position

We are an Ohio based fragrance shop company. We offer a wide variety of fragrances at competitive prices. We are looking for commission driven Fragrance Specialists for part time position for our location at Franklin Park Mall. It's hourly base plus commission from sales. Training will be provided. Saturday + one weekday availability required. Part time range 13k-26k+ yearly (no cap on commissions) You should be able to engage customers, understand the customer needs and help them find the perfect scents. To be successful as a Fragrance Specialist, you should stay up-to-date with product features, maintain our store's visual appearance in high standards and achieve excellent customer service. * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service * Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features * Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries * Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis * "Go the extra mile" to drive sales * Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas * Actively seek out customers and reach out to them offering to sample new scents. * Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options. * Process POS (point of sale) purchases. * Build productive trust relationships with customers. * Business casual dress code Skills * Training will be provided but sales experience a plus * Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices * Proficiency in English, additional languages a plus * Basic Math skills * Solid communication and interpersonal skills * A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus * Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $13.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount Schedule: * Day shift * Every weekend * Holidays Work Location: In person
