Full description of the position

Level 1 * Establish and nurture trust with patients by understanding their diverse respiratory care needs. * Proactively manage incoming leads, develop strategic call plans, execute calls, and actively transition sales leads. * Maintain responsiveness by addressing incoming patient calls, emails, and information requests. * Collaborate with teammates to transition leads to Durable Medical Equipment provider partners. * Consistently and accurately document customer information, activities, and updates in our CRM system to reflect your performance metrics. * Ensure accurate entry of sales orders, processing of credit card payments, and execution of leasing documents and pricing approvals. * Regularly meet or exceed targets for call volume, establish meaningful connections with patients, and achieve service, delivery, and cash sales goals. * Basics: Be punctual, adhere to company policies, and assist colleagues as needed. Qualifications: * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Keen attention to detail. * Solutions-oriented problem solver. * Exemplary phone etiquette. * Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. * At least 1 year of sales/customer service experience required. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Associate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
