Position: Route Sales and Service Relief Representative Role Overview: We are offering an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn our business. The Route Sales and Service Relief Representative will initially start as a relief or backup route representative, with the potential to earn their own route as they gain experience. Reporting directly to the Sales and Operations Manager, this role will also involve supporting special projects within the HART Health Sales and Service Division. Responsibilities: * Assist in delivering and servicing our extensive line of first aid products and immediate care supplies to industrial customers. * Learn and familiarize oneself with the company's product offerings and sales strategies. * Maintain positive relationships with existing customers and identify new sales opportunities. * Collaborate with the Sales and Operations Manager to meet sales targets and objectives. * Contribute to special projects supporting the Sales and Service Division. Qualifications: * 2 years sales or service experience * Driver's license * Clean driving record * Route experience a plus * Experience successfully achieving sales goals * Ability to work independently * Space to park company vehicle at home * Travel up to 80% * Some storage at home may be required * Covid vaccinated On Target Earnings including incentives: $56,000 - $61,000 per year Job Type: Full-time Pay: $53,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off Compensation Package: * Performance bonus Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
