Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. * Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base. * Manage accounts effectively, providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. * Perform product demos to showcase features and benefits to potential customers. * Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on business development initiatives. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while adhering to company policies. * Track sales metrics and report on performance regularly to management. * Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2C environment. * Strong account management skills with the ability to build long-lasting client relationships. * Experience in inside sales, outside sales, or both is highly desirable. * Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Familiarity with business development strategies and techniques. * Ability to conduct effective product demonstrations that engage potential clients. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on persuasive selling techniques. * Self-motivated individual who can manage time effectively and work independently.
