Sales Coordinator Job Ad Position: Sales Coordinator Location: 4970 SW Griffith Dr Beaverton, OR (onsite) Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (w/ 1 hour lunch) Pay: $24-$26/hr DOE w/ bonus opportunities based on KPIs set with your manager Benefits: * Health (100% covered by company), Dental + Vision (80% covered by company). * Gym reimbursement up to $30/month * 50% off a monthly TriMet pass * 401k access after 1 year of employment; 50% company match up to 5% of total income * Paid volunteer time (VTO) This is a sales* support role, NOT a sales representative role (we are hiring for reps as well; take a peek at our Indeed page). You will be responsible for implementing and tracking the sales process - not for closing the deals. If you enjoy talking with others, being solution oriented, and have a true calling to helping others feel safe, then this position is perfect for you! * Well organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem solving * Able to work with and coordinate with other departments * Effectively communicate with team members - proactive follow ups * Time management, able to meet deadlines and self-paced * Customer service, active listening, and a genuine desire to help others * Adaptability; be able to adjust and be flexible when priorities shifts Qualifications and Requirements: * High school diploma / GED / Equivalent * Ability to pass a background check * Ability to pass a drug screen * 2-3 years of sales / coordination experience preferred, but not required Main Areas of Responsibility and Job Duties: We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information. The goal is to facilitate the team's activities to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company. * Act as the first point of contact for all incoming leads; vet and schedule leads to the appropriate sales representative * Consistently updating and tracking leads and lead information in company CRM (WeSuite) * DocuSign admin - keeping sales agreements organized and up to date * Create and send external company newsletter to clients once a month (Canva and MailChimp) * Cultivate and maintain strong relationship with our 3rd party marketing team - ensure their work meets our brand and company standards * Regularly post on company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, X / Twitter, etc.) * Community outreach liaison - find good opportunities give back and be present in our community * Maintain and update marketing and sales materials, ensuring they are readily available for our representatives About First Response Security: First Response is a family-owned business founded right here in Oregon over 30 years ago.
