Position Overview We are seeking a Business Development Contractor to drive growth and secure new partnerships for our AI-powered smart fridge solutions in corporate offices, universities, and hospitals. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated sales professional with experience in B2B sales, hospitality, technology, or food service. This role will focus on identifying opportunities, developing relationships, and closing deals with organizations that can benefit from our frictionless food solutions. Key Responsibilities * Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify potential business opportunities and strategic partners in the corporate, education, and healthcare sectors. * Sales & Partnerships: Develop and execute a sales strategy to secure contracts for Nourish + Bloom's AI smart fridges. * Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, facility managers, and procurement teams. * Proposal Development: Create and present compelling proposals, demonstrating the value of AI-powered food solutions. * Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and finalize agreements with clients. * Market Expansion: Stay informed on industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth. * Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and onboarding for new clients. Qualifications & Experience * Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management , ideally in food service, retail technology, hospitality, or vending solutions. * Strong networking and relationship-building skills with corporate, university, and healthcare decision-makers. * Experience with contract negotiation, proposal writing, and deal closing. * Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively. * Self-starter with a hunter mentality , able to work independently and drive results. * Knowledge of AI-driven retail, smart vending, or autonomous technology is a plus. Compensation & Contract Terms * 1099 Independent Contractor role. * Commission-based compensation with high earning potential tied to closed deals. * Flexible work schedule with the ability to work remotely and travel for meetings as needed.
