Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in account management and technical sales. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience with our products and services. Duties * Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts to ensure their needs are met effectively. * Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement. * Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements that align with company objectives. * Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements. * Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track account activities, manage sales pipelines, and report on performance metrics. * Conduct warm calling to engage potential clients and expand the customer base. * Provide leadership in sales initiatives by mentoring junior team members and sharing best practices. * Communicate effectively with clients regarding product updates, service changes, and promotional offerings. Qualifications * Proven experience in account management or technical sales is preferred. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members. * Demonstrated negotiation skills with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
