In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their purchases in both English and Spanish. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers will be essential in driving sales and enhancing the shopping experience. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in what they are needing. * Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. * Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. * Provide excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals. * Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish, ensuring all needs are met. Requirements * Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred. * Bilingual proficiency is required, with the ability to communicate fluently in English and another language. * Strong sales skills with a focus on customer service excellence. * Ability to perform product demos effectively, showcasing product features to potential buyers. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor. * A passion for working in a car dealership environment is a plus.
