About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fire/Security/IP Management Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the fire protection, security systems, and IP management industry. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing tailored security solutions to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in fire protection, security systems, and IP management solutions. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold outreach. - Conduct site assessments and consult with clients to understand their security needs. - Present and demonstrate product offerings, ensuring clients understand the value and benefits of our solutions. - Work closely with technical and installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. - Maintain and update CRM systems with customer interactions and sales activities. - Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings. Requirements: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in fire protection, security systems, or IP management solutions. - Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and IP-based security solutions. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
