As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within a designated territory. This role requires a consultative sales approach, focusing on: * Identifying and converting potential sales targets * Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline * Effectively managing prospects through CRM and sales tracking * Closing deals and exceeding sales goals What We 're Looking For: * Experience with a structured sales process * A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals * Strong ability to overcome objections and drive results * Excellent verbal and written communication skills Earning Potential: We offer a highly rewarding tiered commission structure to incentivize top performance: * 10% commission on monthly sales up to $75,000 * 11% commission on monthly sales from $75,001 to $100,000 * 12% commission on monthly sales from $100,001 to $150,000 * 13% commission on all sales once you exceed $150,000 , retroactively applied to your entire month's sales The more you sell, the more you earn--making this the perfect role for motivated, money-driven individuals!
