About the Role As a Genesis Sales Consultant , you are a trusted advisor, delivering a world-class client experience. You will guide discerning clients through their journey, matching them with vehicles that embody sophistication, innovation, and excellence. Key Responsibilities * Deliver a consultative, concierge-style buying experience. * Build lasting client relationships through trust, expertise, and personalized care. * Conduct product presentations and test drives with a focus on luxury and refinement. * Respond to client inquiries (phone, internet, showroom) with polished communication. * Stay current with Genesis product knowledge and automotive luxury trends. * Represent the Genesis brand with professionalism, poise, and passion. * Maintain appearance and showroom standards befitting a luxury environment. Qualifications * Prior luxury automotive, premium retail, or high-end hospitality experience preferred. * Exceptional interpersonal, client service, and communication skills. * Self-driven with a passion for achieving sales excellence. * Professional demeanor and refined presentation skills. * CRM system proficiency a plus. * Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and screenings.
