Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our clients while supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a knack for relationship management, enabling them to effectively engage with customers and contribute to the overall success of our organization. Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Face-to-face engagements, meeting clients at their properties. * Utilize financial sales techniques to promote products and services effectively. * Drive to meet clients at their properties. * Develop and execute a prospecting plan to meet and exceed sales goals. * Manage client intake * Upsell additional products or services based on customer needs and preferences. * Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions and transactions. * Develop new business opportunities * Clients are all over Washington, (Olympia,Seattle,Everrett) must be willing to drive. UpKeep Solutions offers fuel reimbursement. * Work is performed from home when not driving. * Income addition such as commission might be in play in future. Experience * Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role is preferred. * Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Familiarity with construction is a plus. * Efficiency with CRM software. * A proactive attitude towards upselling and enhancing the customer experience.
